My salt baths are spiritual experiences (+ other things I do for RESILIENCE)

I’ve decided I’m going to be a Hope Detective. I’m going to track, study, broadcast it. Because nihilism sure won’t turn things ‘round.

I believe: Heart people are everywhere. New worlds are underway. The solution is seeded in every problem—we just have to… detect it.

And when the global-personal pain spectrum gets too much… I keep calm and devote on. Meditation. Conversations with the Mother. Intentional release. My salt baths are spiritual experiences. These are the practices I use to nourish my Faith. And they’re the same devotional practices I share in Heart Centered…

You know that tight feeling? That’s Shenpa. It’s our soul’s invitation for integrity, pushing us to grow.
