We work with imagery of lush, green colour frequencies. PRANA. Life force. And we *bask*. The idea is that we become more receptive to healing from the Divine Feminine. I worked with this meditation for two years before we released it, and I adore it. We do this on the Full Moon to align with that generous, releasing energy. I will guide us into The Creation Space. And *together*, we set the intention to heal. And so it is, my friends. And. So. It. Is.
You know how you want to feel. And you’ve got a really good idea of what you can do, have, and experience — and think and believe — to help yourself feel that way. Every day. Some people got their entire lives on autopilot, but you’ve just cracked a code to wide-awake living.

Transmute wounds into wisdom. The Ocean + Rose Meditation is about gently letting go of stickiness around a painful connection or event. Your part. Their part. The part in the middle… In this practice, we melt it layer by layer. The visualization involves the sun, the ocean, and… roses (and dissolving heaps of pain or just the straggling stuff you’re ready to be done with). It can be quite a moving practice. This is like a mini-workshop in letting go. It takes about 30 minutes.
One of the best applications of our free will is to choose higher vibration thinking. Because ENERGY FOLLOWS THOUGHT. And choosing LOVING THOUGHTS is an act of Loving Kindness that shifts our lives and our societies. This events featured exercise is: Choosing Loving Thoughts. Shifting looping negative thoughts into higher guidance—without spiritual bypassing your feelings.

Adaptability is the strength of the Soul. It’s the Mother of openness. Courage. Fortitude. And Resilience. It’s how Life perseveres and continues to thrive up against even the most jolting changes. It’s your Truest Nature. It’s where we’re designed to go.
We can take even greater ownership of our healing process. We can stabilize in The Flow. We can use the challenges to make us more bouyant, instead of brittle. THIS is healing. This is REAL growth.
